I went to the South Yarra salon, for a full head of foils, to go a cool blonde, I didn’t realise I had stepped back to 2005, I’ve got chunks of platinum blonde and yellow patches with what looks like a months regrowth, I called the salon to ask if I could come back in to have it fixed and she hung up on me. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Assured the night before that they will be open, web site says open at 9am. Been waiting an hour. No hairdresser. No note on door,  No phone message bank in any of their stores, no answer. 10am not open.

Felt it a little expensive as my hair normally is under $20 to cut, due to coved finishing, my hair needed a good going over. The hair dresser did a remarkable job, I walked out with a smile on my face as she did what suited my face
