I bought a big in April 2021 for $200. It looked so good on my face and was really happy with it. I hardly wore it 15-20 times.the hair looked damaged. I trimmed the end bit twice. I cannot cut it it anymore as it’s already too short now. I looked after it very well as instructed. So I have no idea why it looks so rough and damaged.
Have always found good service but worried the women's hair piece real hair might not be available. I have been buying this for SO many years from Celebrity Wigs walking those skinny stairs or using the bit wonky lift lol in Melbourne down the ally way. Moorabbin looks great but we need to use mail service now. Please get the top of hair real hair pieces back in.
Walked into your store the other day, and was met with staff busily attending to a photoshoot, and were informed that despite the 'open sign' or lack of 'closed sign' they would only be able to assist briefly and had limited attention to give. My mother has terminal cancer, and was met with many negative comments about the options she would have, how difficult wigs are to care for, and that staff couldn't help. In circumstances such as this, staff need to be positive, welcoming and compassionate. It is obviously a difficult time to purchase a wig in this and other circumstances, and the staff made no effort to make my mother feel welcome or supported.
They are lovely people and a great selection of wigs. Highly recommended.
Great service, no pressure, heat defiant wigs, great price, looks great and had heaps of compliments on first outing.
Not much variety to choose from.
