Slade Property is a well established real estate agency on the Sunshine Coast. Starting out in 2009, Slade formed a team of experienced agents having owned and operated large Franchised offices as well as managing large rental portfolio’s and transacting successful Sales and Auctions.

The basis of Slade Property is Good Old Fashion Service, and the strength of our name as well as our business and growth will be testament to our ability to consistently stand by our service guarantee.

At Slade Property we will never profess to be the biggest or the best, offer you the cheapest commission, brag about how many sales we may or may not have completed or bore you with constant self hype.

We will however commit 100% to the service you require, be it selling a family home or investment, helping you to purchase a property or manage your investment/s. Because at Slade Property we are not Number 1... You Are.

Slade Property is an absolute breeze to deal with, in particular our property manager Tara always went above and beyond to assist us with our tenancy. Slade has been managing my property for just shy of three years, as such I can confidently comment on their performance and property management capability. I was quickly reassured that my decision to select Slade to manage my property was the right choice, this was evidenced through my Property Manager, Tara Berwick. Tara has superior interpersonal relations and is approachable, confident communicator buttressed by her outstanding organisational skills and brilliant knowledge in her field. Recently became tenants through Slade Property. The team really seem to know their stuff. They're professional, helpful and most importantly,  actually do what they say they'll do. Their condition report was absolutely bang on  and backed up with photos which had been individually indexed. As a past landlord myself,  I'd have no hesitation in using them to manage my properties. And as a tenant, they're professional, courteous and go that little bit further which makes the experience all the better.

Have been a tenant with Slade Property for only 2 months now, but their service is like nothing I have experienced before from a real estate agency. The girls are fabulous to work with in every aspect. Once I finish renovating my next property I will definitely be getting them to manage it for me.
