Having personally sold 1 property, and purchased 3 properties, all at Auction through Grant Smith, I can wholeheartedly recommend Grant Smith, and his team. Grant is always professional, reliable, and most importantly realistic in the current market. My wife and I had initially listed our home for sale with another agent for many months with not a single offer, then we spoke with Grant, who devised a cost-effective and targeted marketing campaign for our home. It sold on auction day, after a 3 week campaign! We are now building an investment portfolio, with properties that are highly recommended to us by Grant - not because they are 'bargains', because of their investment potential and demand. Grant's Property Management team manage our investments (and us!) with the utmost respect and courtesy. We are never made to feel that any question is silly, or that we are taking valuable time to have everything explained to us, as first/second time investors. My wife, and our family highly value, and recommend Century 21 Grant Smith Property to anyone considering buying/selling/investing on the Sunshine Coast.

Selling a property should be about exactly that..selling the property. Not about huge marketing costs so the agent can get his brand out there. Arriving in expensive suits and fast cars and creating hype about himself. Pushing me to drop my price to a ridiculous, unreasonable amount after 1 week of trying and when I wanted to proceed as is, the agent quickly lost interest and sent an assistant to conduct open inspections. Very disappointed, overrated, all hype and couldn't deliver.
