Scott is a great person and even better Property Manager. If I could give no stars I would
The experience of both renting my property with them and selling was the worst I have ever had. When selling I felt as though the agent was representing the buyer and his interests above my own. When I provided this feedback I had the phone slammed down on me. I was interstate and the whole thing was managed in my absence, even when negotiating the sale price I felt the agent was incompetent.

When I had sold the property there was an outstanding bill of $150 owed for water by the previous tenants (the agent had held back $100 from the pet bond "an estimate to cover it"). After attempting to chase this up a number of times with him and receiving no response, he finally advised me that the bond (that PRD themselves had suggested) was "illegal" and he had returned the money to them and there was "nothing you can do. We don't represent you any more" and then he put the phone down on me. What sort of a business does that to its customers? It seems this is a pattern for them. Very professional PRD!

I think this reflects exactly what their priorities are. Once they had received all the money from my sale and 2 years worth of renting the property out and there was no longer any monetary gain for them, they left me high and dry.

Don't trust them with your home or your money.

Excellent service, very experienced realtors, contribute to the community support groups and are great people. Highly recommend them to everyone.

Go see Scott and the team at PRD in Buderim. Very affable and professional team that will cater to your needs whether you are looking to buy, sell or rent!
