My husband & I rented from Vanessa for 9yrs but I often found her to be abrupt/blunt/curt. When the owner wanted to move in she was most unhelpful. IMHO, she seems to excel for the property owner but did not extent that courtesy to us/the tenant. (I persevered because I loved the property.)

I cannot recommend Vanessa highly enough. We dealt with her on a commercial property lease and throughout the experience she was nothing but helpful, understanding and patient. When anything ever came up, no matter how big or small, I was always able to get in contact with her with resolutions almost immediately. Upon the end of our lease she tidied up all of the paperwork and relevant other items within a day and saved us a lot of time, money and headaches. If you're looking for someone to help you with any investments or real estate in general, Vanessa should be your go-to!

Vanessa is incredible! Honestly she is the best property manager I've ever had. She was always really helpful and went above and beyond and treated us (the tenants) with so much respect. I truly couldn't recommend Vanessa and the team at Belle Property Buderim enough.

We have recently rented through Belle Property and have been really impressed. Vanessa was always easy to contact and quick to respond to any issues or questions we had. 
When we had to move out due to the owners needing the property back she was very helpful. Would definitely recommend Belle and wouldn’t hesitate to use them in future.

Third time lucky.  Belle was referred to us whilst with our second agent on the coast. Good timing, because that agent was starting to let us down, as had the first.  Vanessa respected our choice to give them a chance, she stayed in touch without being annoying, and eventually won our listing.  We have never looked back.  The best test of an agent is when something goes wrong - rent arrears / emergency repairs / difficult tenant - and Vanessa has passed this test well and truly.  We have no hesitation in recommending Belle Buderim.
