We just settled a block of land through Peter, Jo and the team at Insite Realty. As a Buyer I could not fault them. As first time buyer's they were incredibly patient with us after hitting many a hurdles in obtaining finance. Thank you for being part of making our dreams come true!

Have just recently settled on a block of land purchased through Insite Reality with the help of Peter, Sam and Jo. Being a first home buyer the whole process was very daunting and overwhelming to begin with, however with Peter and his team on my side I felt extremely at ease right from the get go. No request was to much for them. I will gladly recommend Insite to anyone looking to purchase or sell.

Peter, Samantha and Jo guided us through the entire land purchasing experience from helping us to find the most suitable block in an ideal area through to settlement. We started this process while we were still living in Darwin and had never been to the Sunshine Coast before. 

As first home owners new to the area, we needed a lot of quality information from people we could trust and that's exactly what the team at Insite delivered.

We could not have made this happen without their unwavering commitment to exceptional service and their extensive knowledge and expertise.

Do not rent or have anything to do with these people, they will take you for everything they can once you leave.
We had perfect rent inpections for 3 years told was so everytime. Then came time to go and no sorry house not good enough accused of not cleaning anything to there higher than holy expectations, damage to walls.( 2 small scratches ) gutters need cleaning (not in leases agreement ) mulching for front garden (not in lease agreement) carpets not cleaned too there standard ,  obviously have someone on there own books for these jobs and will screw you out of all your bond. 
This mob should be investigated.
Massive disgrace.
