Lyn Forbes managed my property for a little over 2 years. I was living interstate so a lot of trust was placed in her hands. Communication is very important and Lyn was terrible. I would send emails, phone messages and would get no reply for days. When I did finally get hold of her I was met with a terrible hostile attitude. Because the rent was still coming in and I didn't know any other property managers in the area I left it as it was. It wasn't until I came to selling my property which meant terminating my contract that I had to deal with Lyn again. What a nightmare... 

Horrible attitude and if you value your investment I would not recommend going through this company. 

That being said I did have the pleasure of dealing with Lyns daughter when she was away and she was great. But that wasn't enough to make up for all the terrible times I endured with Lyn.

First impressions are crucial to a business. With the engagement I just had with Lyn from Ford and Forbes was not warm or welcoming. The process for renting is a very arduous, and to be confronted with this type of reception is very disappointing for the industry.
