Goes without saying please Visit this!!! Absolutely stunning panoramic view of the whole city and beyond! What we Absolutely loved was that on the windows they have described what we are seeing and the meaning behind it. The staff is so courteous and they even have clear window panes to look underneath. We made a reservation but when we got there the lines were minimal I'm sure because of covid you can also dine there but definitely need reservation for that!
A must visit in Auckland! Of all their activities we only tried the VR experience which was short but fun. Watched a man do the sky jump, looks very scary but fun!! Had a drink and snack at the cafe with awesome views. Pics don't do it justice. Definitely recommend a visit!Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo
Very good. Prices are a bit steep but if you’ve never been it’s a great experience! I would recommend trying to visit on a sunny/clear day as on foggy days it can be hard to see Also recommend going up to the sky deck, which is the highest level; it doesn’t cost anymore and provides a massive view.
A must do experience for visitors to Auckland, as you get a great 360 degree view from high above. I would recommend going further up to the higher viewing level at Sky Deck first for a better viewing experience. Less people and clearer glass. Walk over the glass floor, look underneath as you go up the elevator. Buy tickets online to save money and time
Sky tower a quick stop for a scenery look at the top. Definitely a do all it again. Best days would be clear blue skies. Unfortunately we had a cloudy day. Besides that we enjoyed the couple of hours of watching be-yonder. The kids loved it… My wife enjoyed our little Whanau outing. I’ll be coming back in a couple of months to jump off Sky Tower definitely a highlight watching the adrenaline junkies doing it… great quick visit no matter who you are. The staff professional and friendly, very helpful as well.
Really cool view of Auckland from the top. Kids had "fun" looking through the glass floors, and the sky slide was fun, albeit a little pricey given the duration of the ride. It is a little pricey - cost us $90 bucks for a family of 5, and the sky slide was $15 per person for a bout 3 minutes - but I still think it was a worthwhile experience for our first ever trip to Auckland. The cafe is ok but it does get crowded at lunch time so just be prepared to wait a little while.
After lots of cloud cover from late morning till ~2pm, there was lots of sun to capture some great pics. After waiting in queue for a few minutes, purchased a ticket, bypassed 'photo opportunity' and headed to the first of 3 accessible levels, Level 51 - Main Observation Deck, followed by Level 60 - Sky Deck and then back to Lavel 51 and a quick walk down to Level 50 - Sky Cafe. Back up the stairs to Level 51 and headed back to ground level. Overall not too crowded and a great experience on each of the 3 levels.
Weve been here many times with our kids. The view never gets old. Such an awesome experience just having a clear 360 view of the city is just amazing. The staff are all very welcoming and very friendly. The elevators are spacious and very clean. A must visit when in Auckland.Visited onWeekendWait timeUp to 10 min
Who doesn’t like a tall tower in a city? This one is pretty great, great views around the city and visual guides to show you what you’re looking at. It was fairly busy when we went but the lines weren’t very long. You can even jump off the top if you’re an adrenaline junkie, it wasn’t for us though! The views over the bay on a good day are excellent.
Obviously a must visit place in Auckland. The view from top is breathtaking as you will be seeing whole city from top and lot of clouds. You might not want to miss the thrill you gent in that elevator of going upside watchin the city while going up. The experience was mind blowing and must do the sky walk there to get more thrilled by walking on the top of Auckland city.
