Had a really good experience with Tapaya I believe that is how you spell her name, correct me if I am wrong. She was super helpful in finding my size and showing me alternatives of the shoe I had picked out. She shared her own experience with the shoe I tried on and overall gave me a great experience. She was super positive and had an excellent energy to her. As someone who doesn’t enjoy going to dfo, she made the experience so much better.

On 5 November I had the privilege of being served by Store Manager Isabella Essendon DFO. In April I had purchased a nice pair of shoes however due to probably a manufacture flaw the heal was wearing out. After 6 months of wear I took it to the store, showed it to Isabella, showed proof of purchase and she agreed it was unusual and should not have worn out so quickly in such a short time. She offered a store voucher to the same value or exchange for something else, which is what I did and paid a small difference. I honestly was not expecting such outcome and had even thought of not buying from Sketchers anymore. However with such customer service and understanding Isabella has definitely convinced me to remain a permanent customer of the Sketchers brand of shoes. I want to personally thank Isabella and recommend her to be promoted to Regional, State or even National Manager positions.

Sketchers has a great range of products, l left there  today with another pair of casual, comfy shoes to add to my collection.
