The staff were very friendly and attentive. Love their product. Since my first purchase 6 years ago, only buy shoes from Jo Mercer. Stylish yet very comfortable shoes. They are very strong and last in the original shape for a long time.
I live 200 kms from Moonee Ponds and whenever needing shoes, this is my first port of call. The range is good and the service excellent. I have had a couple of occasions when my size was not available and forwarding the correct size was never a problem and done professionally. Visiting this shop is a pleasant experience, with expertise being offered, the shop is neat, uncluttered and shoes well displayed. I would highly recommend Joanne Mercer in Moonee Ponds.

I went just as a last minute trip, just before closing time. The women there were warm and friendly. They didn’t rush me considering how close to closing time it was, and they were incredibly helpful. Everything in store at the moment is gorgeous and everything is displayed beautifully!
