A good number of years ago when I returned to NZ, I went to 5 5!! different hair salons in Wellington. Without exception they were v. expensive and not one came anywhere near the quality of service, pricing, cut and restyle that Debbie has continued to give me. And then there is her genuineness in wanting to make a client look and feel fabulous - and that she does in buckets! So, here's a very big thanks to you and your delightful team Debbie. A great haircut really does make one heck of a difference to one's confidence and spring in the step!
First and last time at simon and sarahs. I cut some layers in my hair and didnt like the job I did so I went to get it fixed. I told her i wanted nothing off the length and the layers put bk in blending in. cut chunks out of my hair! ...I went home, straightened it, cried for 20 mins and then returned for a refund. There were huge chunks missing all over, next to no layers at the back just a huge step. I went in with hair just past my shoulders and left with a bob that was such a mess. After arguing with the lady who cut my hair for 10 minsshe didnt even see the damage she had done! she brought the owner out... I wudnt let the first lady touch my hair again altho she offered to fit it... I honestly didnt think she she had the skills! The owner asked for the chance to fit it too.. she tried.... but the damage was done. I thanked her and left. Worse experience... what a disaster the whole day was. I will have to tie it back and wait until it grows out and get it fixed. On the plus side the staff were friendly.
