Both Arno and Kate are highly skilled professionals and kind, lovely people. Rare combination. They spent time to learn my preferences and came up with the plan that suit my needs. I was more than happy with the results- I had a haircut and highlights. If I have to say something critical - I had to wait for 40 min past my appointment time. Yet, in the end, it was worth it. Definitely, recommend this place.
I was staying with my friend in Nice for 6 weeks following the completion of a gruelling year long and successful cancer treatment. Although my hair was short and just growing back following chemo earlier in the year. I had started to get Farrah Fawcett wings and Jewish side-locks! So I knew I needed it cut..but of course it had to be right! I searched through the internet for recommended salons. THANKFULLY I found Identity.. after reading the rave reviews. I can honestly say I had one of the best cuts I’ve ever had from Arnaud…no exaggeration! He transformed me from one of Charlie’s Angels into my old self with a drastic and fantastic precision cut. I had intended to have my hair coloured but after speaking with Kate who was lovely and honest and incredibly knowledgeable re colour….she laid out options for me and we decided that colour wasn’t perhaps easy for me to have right now. So I took her advice because she made me realise that actually with my new cut my grey hair looked fab! I would say to anyone looking for a great cut…colour and advice… seriously look no further. I will return here when I visit again…it’s a must!

Kate is Amazing!!! I was visiting Nice on holiday and was lucky to discover this salon. I have very curly hair and Kate did a fabulous job of assessing my hair and suggesting a new style and updated highlights. My hair has never looked better. It has been two months since I was there and my husband commented today that my hair still looks great. What more can I say?Services: Curly hair

I've been going to Identity for over 6 months now and absolutely love the way my colour looks. I am English and always see Kate as she is English too and its nice to be able to communicate exactly what I want in my own language.
