I've been going here once a month religiously for years... so many in fact I can't remember when I started. No more though, I will never step foot in this place again.  I walked in today and the place was empty, great, no waiting as I have limited time. I was told by the only stylist on that the computer was down and could I please go and get cash out. Fine, off to the cash machine I go. When I returned a family of 3 walked in at the exact same time as me. The stylist proceeded to do all 3 before me when quite frankly she should of just told them I had an appointment seeing as I was technically there first.   To add insult to the situation she casually went about the cuts as slowly as possible and even stopped to talk to some guy she knew half way through one. 35-40 minutes later I walked out and as I did she had the nerve to tell me it would only be another couple of minutes.  To be honest the quality of the stylists here has been declining severely in recent months and most of the time they only bother to have one or two on meaning wait times are simply too long. Add that to the fact their already high prices have increased $35 for a regular men's cut, I would highly recommend going elsewhere unless you want to overpay for the privilege of a haircut that's mediocre at best and have 30-60 minutes of your time wasted waiting.Service:&nbsp;Hairstyling

So grateful to the lovely woman at Just Cuts Queensgate who was so patient and understanding while we tried to get our 2 yr old to have a haircut. We abandoned it in the end as he was just too upset but she was so kind and caring throughout. Thanks so much again. We'll try again another time :Service:&nbsp;Kids' cuts

I enjoyed going to Cheryl but since she left i got an awful cut and i complained to the company and never heard back! I wont be going back - terrible customer service. P.S Cheryl works at hairgos in lower hutt nowService:&nbsp;Hairstyling

I had a lovely experience with having Angelina as my stylist. She was able to imitate the cut I asked for and has even given me tips on how to do my hair. Such a kind lady who cares a lot for her clients. I highly recommend.

People are friendly and welcoming, but they have no idea what they are doing when it comes to men’s hair

I had been here before and had a 5 star experience so was keen to go back. Initial appointment felt very rushed and my stylist was visibly/told me she was stressed as the other stylist was taking too long with their client. The haircut was uneven and lopsided. I called the next day and they were really lovely and got someone to "fix it" free of charge and did apologise. However, it was STILL uneven : At this point I went to another salon to get it fixed, as my hair kept getting shorter and shorter, and I was not wanting to lose that much length. You get what you pay for here, and it is luck of the draw which stylist you get. I won't be going back sadly.Service:&nbsp;Hairstyling

Booked an appointment and got told 20 minutes was told computer was down so i got cash just in case, Waited an hour as 2 people were sitting waiting before me. A family shows up and they make an appointment on the spot for 2 kids and they somehow jump the queue. 1 star, the lowest I can leave.

I have been to Just Cuts Queensgate for a long time and always been happy with their services. However this time I got a different stylist who cut far too much hair off and left my son's hair looking very messy. When challenged about it she was quite frankly rude and horrible and argumentive,  leaving us very upset. Empathy is something that doesn't exist here, even if she couldn't see anything wrong with the cut she couldn't seem to see that the customer wasn't happy with it, and was going to do nothing about fixing it. In reading other reviews theres been others with similar experiences. My advice is stay away from Just Cuts Queensgate if you care about your hair.

Excellent service. Jane was my stylist and  I asked her for her opinion on how I should have it styled. I put my hair in her hands even though I had never been to just cuts before and was not dissapointed. Jane gave me some great advise and reccomended a product to use on my hair which is fantastic. Highly recommend.
