I got my 1999 15 hp 2 stroke carb outboard serviced there, when Queanbeyan Marine closed. QM used to charge  $150.
  Silver Star / H2O charged  $408. They did unrequested/unauthorised work,without informing me. They charged $33 for rags,grease, cleaners. That grease must be very expensive. 
  They didn't grease the steering tension mechanisms. When I questioned that ,they didn't think it had to be greased at all. It was greased when new and greased at every service. They don't seem to know what needs greasing. An embarrassing lack of knowledge. "Sad"

1st Class Family Service. These guys are great, I've had a few ups and downs with my much loved old car and they have always been able to keep it on the road for me. Professional prompt service worth every dollar.
