Dear Friends 
My daughter has a Mercedes 2014 C 200 sedan which had an automatic software upgrade which took out her digital displays, air con, etc and has made it unsafe. She took it to Canberra Mercedes and they have refused to give her a timeframe for its repair (or a loan car in the meantime). Have you heard of this happening to others or do you know if they have a solution? It happened last Wednesday - it has 30,000 km on the clock  and she took it to Canberra Mercedes as it is under warranty (2 year) so she has left it up to the dealer to fix . They have failed to follow up or help her and she is finding it so frustrating and she is worried about safety and liability issues if she drives it.
