I bought a car recently from here recently and could not be more pleased with the level of service and attention to detail shown. What particularly impressed me on top of their friendliness and professionalism was how Shamil and Ranjith had a NSW blue slip already organized when I arrived to look at the car and helped facilitate the rego transfer from ACT to NSW.
I cannot thank Ranjit enough. This was the most seamless car purchase we could have hoped for after a few false starts in Sydney. Ranjit went out of his way to assist us, showing the vehicle on a public holiday and then meeting us at Goulburn with our new car at very short notice. He was not your typical used car salesperson and never pushy. Would highly recommend Ranjit for your next car purchase.

Do yourself a favour and buy from somewhere else. Unless you want to spend what the cars worth on mechanical issues and want horrific customer service. I bought a car from here a few months ago now and honestly one of the worst experiences. I told the salesman I wanted three things in my next car; I wanted a good radio, central locking and that it was newer than my last car 2001. He was super lovely during our first couple of encounters, promising he’d look after me and would make sure I got a good deal. Fast forward, I bought a car from him, it came to me dirty with a food container under one seat with mouldy food in it, he also said I’d have it by lunch and I didn’t receive the car until after 1800 and as it was finally on its way to me he rang and told me what he had initially told me was a 2005-2006 was actually a 2002 model. I should have backed out as soon as he said that. The car radio turns on, whoop whoop and does literally nothing else. The car was given to me with two keys, I assumed one was a spare, turns out they’d replaced the engine ignition and the key that unlocked the door and the key that started the car were two seperate keys, which he assured me when I went to speak to him about it, wasn’t a problem because of the central locking and to fix it I would have to go to Holden. Except that the central locking never worked, I got it fixed by a lock smith for $100 so I don’t know what the hell he was on about. After discovering all these issues and seeing my mechanic who gave me a page full of issues with the car I went back to the salesman, this time with a male family friend. When the salesman saw the friend he became very blunt and rude towards us. Out of the long list of issues with the car he fixed the engine mount and refused to fix anything else, including the timing belt which was just about done, as it wasn’t a road worthy issue. I don’t know how this company is still operating with such poor customer service and lack of value but don’t waste your time.
Not only is this company provides excellent service and value for money purchase but they also have integrity and honesty. None of those hard pressure selling. Good on you guys and wishing you continued success in your business !
