These guys always pull through. I have done business with them a couple of times, and each time has been pleasant. Colin is the one I dealth with mostly but Gerhard is always friendly and helpful too. They provide a personable and friendly experience. Also great just paying a visit and peruse their inventory. They're always happy to help.

Highly recommend Mark as salesman. He has been so attentive with me. Contacting me via text and phone regularly. Sending me brochures on cars I’ve been considering buying. Having the cars out and ready after hours  so I could test drive.  Sadly I haven’t found the right car yet. But I assure you I’m sure I’ll end up buying one from Mark at Gerhard’s Quality Cars. I purchased a car in November 2020 with a guarantee that the car would be fixed within 2 weeks it's now July 2021. My wheels are dead straight and this is how my steering wheel sits. Roadworthy or not ?

Mark and the team were very open and quick to respond to my questions about a vehicle i purchased this week Audi A7. I recently purchased a car from Gerhard and had a fantastic experience. Gerhard, Colin, and Mark were all very friendly and professional, and made the whole car buying experience very easy. They were in no way pushy, and were very respectful and patient in all of our dealings. The range of cars available was also very impressive and of a very high quality; I could happily have chosen many of the other cars that were in stock. The finance broker that the team referred me onto was also very professional and was able to come to my residence to discuss finance options and to sort out the paperwork quickly, clearly and efficiently. He found appropriate and competitive finance for me very quickly, and was ready to finalise the finance one business day after our initial meeting. I highly recommend buying a car from Gerhard's Quality Cars, and would happily return to do business with the team.

I just purchased a used car from Mark. During the negotiation process, Mark was at no point pressuring me to close the deal. In fact, he encouraged me to go home and have a think first if I'm not comfortable with the price. I proceeded to pay the deposit on the same day, but the lockdown had.to start on the day I was to collect my car! When restrictions were loosened to allow click n collect, Mark was serious about a no contact deal and made the necessary arrangements and just watched me drop my car and drive away with the new one from a distance. 2 weeks later, I realised that the previous owner did not leave the lock nut key for the spare tyre in the car. I contacted Mark for help. He managed to get in touch with the previous owner and I got the lock nut key within the same day. Thanks Mark!

Just bought a car from interstate and dealt with Mark during the COVID lockdowns.  He was a professional from start to finish, helped support an independent inspection and arranged shipping. Car has arrived, exactly as promised in excellent condition.
