I ordered a car in July 2021 and it's ready to be picked up and sent to me today, February 2022. Given this was a long time and would be frustrating for anyone to wait, the service could not have been more exceptional. I have had extremely bad luck in the past, at Lennock Motors in Phillip and the service and customer sales were completely disgusting. This has caused me issues with buying cars. However, this all changed with my recent sale. Krys, the sales manager at Capital Subaru has been there from the beginning and has helped with anything I've needed. Not only has Krys ensured I still received the same service and additional parts to my car, after changing from salary packaging, but he's also seen my car through to the delivery to WA. Additionally, Krys managed to take photos of every panel and additional parts installed and upload them for me to see, to cover me for any insurance purposes on arrival. This was not his job to do, and was, still is, an extremely busy time with Covid and he still managed to go above and beyond what he was required to do. I would also like to give a big shout out to Igor who was honest and a great salesman from the beginning. It is the first time I've gone into a car yard and felt like they weren't just trying to sell me anything and take my money. He cared, he genuinely wanted to find me something I liked and did not push any sales. I can't wait to receive my car in the coming weeks and will definitely purchase from Subaru again in the future.
We are repeat customers at Capital Subaru. Matthew Cotsell was wonderful to work with throughout the process of ordering, shipment and delivery to the dealership. We were kept up to date on the progress of our order and once at the dealership our extras were fitted promptly. What we appreciated most throughout the process was Matthew's customer service. He was engaging, and always quick to answer if we had a question about the car, accessories or the process. Highly recommend shopping for your next car at this dealership.
I cannot express enough gratitude to Matthew and the team for helping me get my car quickly and easily. The process was smooth from the first phone call to being handed the keys. Matthew really knows his stuff and was engaging when taking me through the vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership and it's people.

Picked up my new 2022 Outback Touring from a champion of a salesman, Matthew Cotsell a couple of weeks ago.
