Silo Park

Its a nice area but can get hot. Bring sunblock and your sunnies. Kids love climbing the tower and there is a park to play in too. View the super yachts and then have a beverage close by. Why not stop by the fish market before going home too?

Great spot to hang out, has bathrooms, a basketball court, plenty of seated areas and a great view of the harbour Bridge and Sky Tower. Head there at night to really get a spectacular view. Also plenty of restaurants just a short walk away.

Always available with several good places to take photos and videos. It will not make you too bored as one and another event takes place

Amazing to spend time with the family. There are events frequently.

Amazing place for the whole family. There is a park for the kids to play, ride their bikes, a lot of eateries at walking distance. The Auckland fish market close by is must go to place for fresh fish as well as fish n chips. Plenty of paid parking around as well. A lot of look out spots perfect for photographs!

Excellent venue for the upcoming Americas Cup series. Only down side is all of the ongoing roadworks happening. Don't bother bringing your car into town
