Best coffee in town. 

In four years I havent yet had a burnt one. 

some very nice food availible and staff are some of the nicest and moxt enthusiastic around.

A family run and owned business. Silk has a high quality kitchen turn out hearty breakfasts and lunches. There coffee is right up there with the best in Canberra. There customer service is second to none with every staff member always having a smile on their face when the greet customers.
