After moving form Sydney to Brisbane in 2017, one of my priorities was finding a coffee shop in the Middle Park area that does a decent coffee. So it was with much excitement that I saw all the good reviews about Sibro. I find their coffee a bit weak for my taste and while I could order a double shot, I don;t feel I should have to pay more to get a coffee that I can get ant just about any reasonable coffee place in Sydney with one shot. So I tend to not have their coffee. (2/5 - 3/5 for me) Also had breakfast there one morning with two friends. Was initially pleasantly surprised at the pricing, but then found the portions to be quite small (all three of us are not fat, so it's not as though we eat huge meals either!). So 2/5 for the breakfasts. However, their sweet treats are just yummy! I go there just for those treats! Also love their changing quotes on the blackboard. And friendly staff. These get 4/5 for me. So an average of 3/5.

Beautiful staff! Very friendly. Small menu option as they don't have a kitchen. But great coffee! And cute set up. Would definitely come back for another coffee.
