Located in the heart of Middle Park, this quaint and cosy old station building has been converted into a modern cafe, offering a sensational breakfast / lunch menu. Either sit inside or outside on the open, heated deck, looking over Albert Park Lake.

We had an excellent time a day before their unfortunate event. All the food was delicious! Atmosphere was fantastic for families and all kind of groups. Hope you open back again. The reuben was great and also the pulled pork eggs.

Really loved this place as the decor was really cool! Food was fresh and very good! A real shame about the fire as this was an amazing venue. I hope they are able to bring it back to its former glory.

Unfortunately now closed due to a recent fire! Truly very sad about the fire. Mart 130, in a great, truly unique location, a beautifully restored old train/tram station (Middle Park Stop 130) on the 96 Light Rail line, was an excellent family (kids) friendly venue offering excellent coffee, a wide range of excellent delicious, healthy and fresh food, great atmosphere and decor, and a super friendly and pleasant staff providing fantastic service. Great outside deck seating overlooking Albert Park with free WiFi and lots of parking too. Being close to the impressive kids playground in Albert Park Lake grounds with barbecue facilities is also a plus. Hoping it comes back soon but possibly with a bit more room as it does get busy on weekends.

Beautiful coffee and food. Very restful and peaceful - close to main roads but so quiet. An amazing place to get away from the hustle and bustle

Unfortunately it was guttered by fire on 17 Feb 18 and is currently closed. However dont fret there are 15 cafes and restaurant across Canterbury Rd in Armstrong St only 100 meters away providing breakfast, morning tea (coffee), brunch, lunch, afternoon tea (coffee) and dinner. I eat in Armstrong St most days being a local resident.
