Had a great experience at Shyun Ramen Bar! The ramen was rich and flavorful — especially the Chashu Pork Shoyu and Pork Butter Corn Shoyu. Portions were generous, the takoyaki was crispy and delicious, and the iced matcha cream latte was a perfect finishing touch. Friendly service and cozy atmosphere. Definitely a spot worth returning to!
Cozy little place serves Authentic Japanese ramen.nnFresh ramen match with pork based soup rich in flavour.nnThere are also many interesting side dishes to choose from.nLike agedashi tofu, gyoza or takoyaki.nnThey even have various matcha deserts!nnThis long-standing shop has been our favourite go to place when ramen desired calls.
Came here on a warm day and didn’t expect to enjoy ramen this much, but it turned out really comfortable and easy to eat.nnThe broth was smooth and not heavy or overly salty, so it didn’t feel greasy at all, even in hot weather. The pork was thick but tender, and the egg was perfectly cooked with a nice runny yolk.nnWe also ordered a rice set on the side, which was well balanced and not too rich. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared.nnA solid spot in Carnegie if you’re craving ramen but don’t want something too heavy. Would happily come back to try other flavours.
We ordered the pork gyoza, spicy miso and shoyu ramen, iced matcha with softee and some chicken karaage on the side.nnOverall the food was delicious, the gyoza was very tasty with the crisp dumpling but soft melt in your mouth meat. The iced matcha was also superb, not too sweet and you could really taste the matcha.nnWill be back to try more of their ramen varieties.
