Shyun ramen was a good visit at carnegie. We ordered the normal cha siu ramen one with chilli and one without. we preferred the one without chilli as the oil didn’t complement the rich pork broth. The normal broth tasted rich but each bowl doesn’t come with too much broth so if you are getting extra toppings add them in later. the highlight of each bowl was definitely their cha siu and their ramen egg also hit the spot meeting our standards well.nnoverall the ramen bar is worth a visit especially if you are struggling to find a place to eat in carnegie and are looking for something hot to warm yourself up in winter

Best ramen in Southeast suburbs.nService is quick. Food is well presented and very tasty. The kids love the ramen.nPhotos are Black pork ramen, Tokyo ramen and green tea latte with red bean and ice cream. We also ordered chicken karaage which is also recommended.
I been wanting to come to this ramen restaurant since i moved to Carnegie, finally the day was come but i’d rather left dissatisfied with the ramen i ordered. I had delicious tsukemen ramen from other ramen restaurant in cbd, but this restaurant served different tsukemen, the broth was too thick to become a ramen broth, only salty no umami flavour the fried pork belly was some burnt, only half boiled egg, and the overall ramen wasn’t warm at all same as my partner’s food katsu curry. Noodle was on the thicker side. I was regret to order that tsukemen. Takoyaki doesn’t has enough kewpie mayo, only slightly tonkotsu sauce.nRestaurant has no music or anything, feels weird.
