I have been to Mezz with my wife on a weekday. The ambiance was nice and calm. There is lot of place to sit and eat. The restaurant is with a great atmosphere, inviting, clean and tidy. Wait staffs were friendly and attentive. 
We tried the chicken Parma and it was fresh and tasty. Will definitely come back to try more.

Terrible customer service. Very small menu with not many options. Almost no vegetarian options. Would it recommend

Very bad hospitality service 
Walked in waited to be served 30 minutes place was empty staff was just galavanting laughing giggling more like having a great time catching up on what their weekend was like. Definitely not interested in serving customers. Food you're better off going downstairs to the food court the price of the food and the menu it's just ridiculous. 
Don't get too excited by the pretty decor it is awful Food and Coffee very disappointing.  
Staff definitely need to catch up on their hospitality skills.

The drinks were nice but no one served us and when they did, it took a long ass time to pour some orange juice and tequila into a cup.

We had terrible taste of cake. They said it's 2 days old and they didnt even apologise- cake tasted like more than 2 days old and very chunckt and cream was thick too - they changed whole lot of cakes from shelf after we complaint - if you come here, never buy a cake lol i felt sorry for people came next me and bought cake.... lol
