The food is good but the customer service and the staff here are terrible at their jobs. They should all be made to do a customer service course to better enhance their skills. For a place that has "HEALTHY" in their title, it is a shame to see the low level of physical fitness and over all care for ones appearance by the staff here. When we arrived we were pushed out of the line by the "waitress" at the desk to serve another person who could not make up his mind about what to order so he walked off. The desk was empty of patrons and we were told to move out of the way so she could serve this person. Out of line much. Such a shame because the food is actually good. If you enjoy being served by inexperienced wait staff then this is the place for you 😁👍🏻

Lots of amazing food on the menu. Even alot of great music played at this venue. Atmosphere is good too and staff are friendly

The burgers here are delicious. The beef patty is so juicy and flavourful. Would definitely recommend. Service is great too

Great food and love the low carb buns but the noise is terrible. When Grill'd gets busy you cannot hear yourself think. It is not the music but the stupid design of the internal space. Everything echo's and reverberates. The kitchen noise is horrible. My guests had to raise their voices to the extent they were nearly screaming. The staff could not hear nor could I hear them. Love the food but fix the noise. I am never to return

Came in with a large group of people and they catered for us really well by combining tables and making one gigantic one. They were really helpful staff. The food lived up to the top quality that Grill'd always has. If you're out for a long day of shopping at Chadstone SC and you need a place to eat Grill'd is the place.
