The manager is such a gorgeous human, just watched him go out of his way to help out a uni student giving her the password I assume? The cafe was cute and quiet, great for a quick cup of coffee and a nice chat
I had high tea which is really decent. Unlimited coffee and nice desserts. But the milk is too hot and barely drink. So that coffee taste burned hope could be better next time.
We had a lovely dinner at Short Black Cafe . Wonderful food and very friendly staff. The steak was cooked perfectly and the crab pasta was amazing. Actually, the crab pasta was one of the best pasta dishes we have ever had. The entrees were also great with lots of prosciutto. Highly recommended and will definitely visit again.
Very spacious, social distancing, sanitizers....very good service, obliging staff good food choices..no loud music blasting in your ears...noise level normal...parking available
If you enjoy coffee like I do, you'll enjoy it even more here. Great venue, service, atmosphere & coffee. They serve it hot. Thanks & looking forward to getting there again.
Lovely staff. But waited 1.5hr on Boxing Day for scrambled eggs and a cesar salad!! For scrambled eggs 1.5hr??? Waited 1hr for cold drinks. Sorry as lovely as staff are. Won’t be coming back. Cesar salad was yummy.
The short back breakfast was good. But the steak panini was as bad as the cold sandwich in the street food. We got few bucks discount but overall the wait was long and coffee was serve after the food up on the table. Hope the owner can improve the service in the future
