Never use this company. We live down a long steep drive which services 6 houses and has a turning circle at the bottom. When new owners took over the Shore Shuttles they brought in a policy not to drive down any drives and wait on the road for passengers to come to them. We had a guest from Australia with large bags and were waiting at the bottom of the steep drive and the driver rang us from the top of the drive to find out where she was and would not come down the drive to pick her and the bags up. We had to lug the bags up the steep drive to the lazy driver on the road. We complained to the driver who referred us to the new management and the new owner refused to listen to our complaints or change policy even though the previous drivers had driven down many times before. Management don't listen to complaints and instruct drivers to be lazy. As a result we would never use Shore Shuttles ever again.

Avoid this company if possible. Charged credit card for a booking without disclosing the amount or saying they would pre-charge the card (credit card details had to be provided on the website to make a booking). The amount charged was materially higher than advertised. They then charge $5 to process a refund (cancelled booking as other companies were substantially cheaper than the price actually charged).

Terrible Driving, today marks the second instance their driver has driven dangerously in my area. Today it was a simple "I'll just overtake all these cars in traffic on the median strip and then push in front of them all, not like they have been waiting in the traffic or anything". I was appalled by this behavior and will never use this service. Use at your own risk...

Do not use this company. If a pick up is cancelled they will promise a refund but they will not pay it. Moreover they will not respond to courteous emails.
