We come here all the time! Absolutely love Omar who is the host and manages the place.. best crowd, ambience and staff and course you have to try their fruit platter and sheesha if you come here. In the lovely suburb newtown close to city.. you won't be disappointed with any good you order here!

Sam the bartender in particular has been amazing. Once ordering the cocktails, he came over and asked if we’d like to customise the flavours to all of our tastings. He regularly came back to check on us and to of course check no one is driving before ordering more drinks! He is so amazing at what he does and truly made us feel so welcome! Thanks Sam!!

We initially went to a different Shisha place in Newtown where the staff was extremely unwelcoming and didn’t attend to us whatsoever. So we left and found ourselves in the most welcoming arms of shishabella. Even on a busy night, everyone was very kind and made sure we were attended to. The shisha itself is spectacular and oh so refreshing. Definitely recommend to anyone who is searching for a friendly and authentic experience :

Called to book a outside table and told they don’t accept booking. No problem. Went to the venue and asked to sit at the outside table. Told need booking for the outside table. Okay? Went back and forth with the server said I called half an hour before and got a different answer. The serve gave me a weird look and said sure and left. So me and my friends sat on the outside table ordered some food and shisha. Shisha never came, the weird look serve WHO TOOK OUR ORDER told us he didn’t realise we ordered shisha. Yea right. Male karen behaviour, absolutely diabolical.

I have been coming to this place since 2016 and absolutely love it. The staffs and owner are so friendly and accomodating and by now very used to my usual orders lol. Love it that they start calling me by my profession instead haha "the doctor" My fav is Double Apple with strong mint and apple head shisha. Love their peppermint tea and Steak are so good, also that walnut dip are lit!! Happy New Years Guys!! Thank you so much for always taking care of me there - The Doctor

Honestly i heard really good things about this place, i was so utterly disappointed, i was happy to find a coffee shop open till 1am but not happy to find that the most workers are just stoned and completely unprofessional. The coffee was burnt and expensive. 7 11 coffee is more worth my money. Even the food is low quality and overpriced, I really hope the act gets back together because i would have been a regular otherwise

Great place to come for artisan food and authentic Shisha. Cosy, intimate and we'll planned/laid out with lovely art about the place. Food + Shisha is med-high range, bit worth the wait/cost left very full, blissed and happy - thank you!. Friendly, professional and attentive staff. Perfect place for a date or hang and chill with friends. Highly recommended.

Comfortable place and beautiful music I don’t to try food but the have a nice Menu . The shisha here is great you can have the shisha inside or outside . Staff is very friendly as welll. Note for Smokers This is the only place in the Sydney offering Al Fakher with Apple Head .

Good Shisha, kind of nice to find a place out of the area. Staff are friendly but might be new, they seemed a bit ditsy, could be the language barrier, one worker didn't know what earl grey tea was but that alright. All in all the food is nice and shisha is great.

Really wanted to love this place as it’s a great location and a great setup in Newtown… Unfortunately the staff were anything but welcoming. The flavour we asked for was out of stock but instead of telling us or communicating they then just gave us Apple. We love going to shisha with a group and on top of everything else this venue does not allow sharing of shisha between more than two people. Really hope they fix these things as it’s a great location and could be an amazing part of Newtown.
