I was in a car accident April 2015 which resulted in brain injury.  
A friend's dad suggested we get a lawyer to help. 
We met with Sara Connor stead and in the two and a bit years with her and her para legal Tiffany I was given the best care available. 
They made sure doctors and physiotherapy visits were made,  home help was there if I needed and basically everything that would help in my recovery.  
Even at the end with settlement  negotiations  we were treated respectfully and not as $$$. 
They were always upfront and honest and I couldn't recommend them any higher.  
If you do suffer injuries either at work or in car accident as myself..  Please hire these lawyers to look after you.  They will make sure you get the most benefit to help you on your way x

refused to help me pursue a criminal injuries compensation claim against australias worst pedophile bradley pen dragon after he tried to stab me outside netcom internet cafe when i caught him downloading child porn,i was denied criminal injuries compensation on the basis i "instagated" the incedent,i think i will now join the national class action against shine lawyers that their "right wrongs" trademark is misleading

Not entirely happy with Shine, I was told , when I signed up it was going to cost some 10,000 dollars and some change.   It ended up costing  some 15,000 dollars, and a change of solicitor  half way through  my compensation to bat for the opposition .
How Disgusting , so much for looking after your interest's for the compensation deal, with Work safe.

To anyone with a workers compensation claim I would like to recommend Lee Jarman who works for Shine Lawyers WA. I had a workers compensation claim which I represented myself in 2018, I was made a financial offer at conciliation to close the claim. To achieve a better financial offer I made an appointment to discuss the matter with Lee Jarman. Lee had/has a pleasant personality, polite, down to earth and explained what was involved in going forward legally to achieve a better result. Lee gave me an amount it would cost to represent me and an approximate amount I should receive to settle my claim from the insurer/employer. I have signed the paper work December 2018 to close my claim. I am pleased to say Lee achieved the financial result I hoped to achieve. The whole process for me only took a few months. To anyone ringing around for help with a workers compensation claim Lee Jarman at SHINE lawyers should definitely be on your list of legal people to speak to.
