Sophie and the team at Rothstein Lawyers were first class! We had an initial consultation with Sophie and she straight away told us what had to be done and a week later we had already achieved our goal. Rothstein lawyers helped us obtain a travel exemption for my partner to come to Australia within a week. We had already been denied a couple times before and Sophie and the team made it happen within a week. I recommend Rothstein lawyers to everyone having issues, these guys will get the job done.

My partner and I were extremely satisfied with the advice and support that Rothstein Lawyers provided us with for our partner visa application. We met with Sophie Manera for an initial consultation and she was very thorough and knowledgeable, checking through our documents and providing advice on every part of the application, particularly on areas where the law has recently changed. Sophie is absolutely incredible. My partner and I were so lost after dealing with not 1, but 3 bad migration agents/lawyers and had given up all hope of being able to live together in Australia in the near future. Within the first 10 minutes of our first consult Sophie was able to work out exactly what our situation was and gave us various options going forward. Sophie is extremely patient and kind and I truely doubt there's a question that she doesn't have an answer to. Even with our difficult situation Sophie didn't bat an eye before answering our queries. Thanks to Sophie and the whole team of Rothstein Lawyers, I got my permanent visa. My case was complicated and it was a long uphill battle with HAD but in the end we were victorious. Please have as much information as possible before applying for any visa specially about visa requirements and budget as it can be costly and make informed decision. never choose them as you can have cheaper but better services from others PS: I was your client and got no outcome from Mervyn. He did nothing for me but cost us plenty of money. I know Sophie but I didn't have much cross with her. Anyway, you charge too much for the case no matter if  it failed at the end. You didn't take your responsibility to assist your clients anyway but ask for money time to time and pushed them to pay although they are having hardship reasonable. You know what you have done and He know from above of course.

I can not recommend Rothstein Lawyers enough, after trying to battle with immigration on my own, I decided to ask for help. It was one of the best decisions I have made. If you are thinking of getting help dealing with immigration, don’t even bother trying elsewhere. These guys are fabulous!

They were wonderfully efficient and always available. Their response time was minimal which helped enormously in dealing with potential issues. Everyone, from the receptionist to the professionals that we dealt with were fantastic.
