Cost my business partner & myself nearly $800,000 with negligent & unprofessional representation by Neville Friedman & he made us pay him $3,000 to appear as a witness at a hearing at which he lied under oath.
He also ripped my wife off for hundreds of thousands of dollars in an estate dispute over her late mothers estate. He stalled the proceedings for years by not showing up at hearings etc.

Anna Carr uses fraudulent documents & statements supplied by her clients to utterly destroy her opponents. Was torn by her personality in the family court for over two hours, trying to get access with my children who are living in a domestic violence situation, this was proven by documents from wa police reports & grossly dismissed and replaced & focused  with the fraudulent statements & documents supplied by her client. 

Family court refused to allow me to object & respond to said documents & statements.

This lawyer also aided & abbeded the client to breach the previous family court orders & left the children in the violent situation. 

Ruthless, inhumaine & nil dignity few words to describe this lawyer & firm !!!

Not bad for someone who specialises in the following ....or perhaps she sides with the accused ????

My experience with this firm was very positive, I was accused of something i did not do and instead of innocent till proven guilty the law went guilt now prove your innocent and fls&d helped me do this not only was i broken form being accused i was also broke which meant i had no money to pay for the service, however they took me on as a special case and they allowed me to pay off my lawyer debt. $10,000 to pay of has taken a long time as i have had barely any income but i kept paying the amount i said i would and am now near the end of my payments, in hindsight though i should have told my lawyer if i win the stupid police and government bodies that went against me pay my lawyer fees :( will know for next time the government and police ever decide to try and beat me down again

Not recommended. I found Dara Singh at this firm very unprofessional and difficult to deal with.
