One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had professionally and personally. Fatima Vertingola saw me to discuss a medical negligence claim, following 3 failed surgeries that left me unable to work for 7 months. She told me that other people had been through much worse, and I found her demeanour insensitive and unprofessional. Her knowledge of that area of law was was nothing more than what I can understand myself, from searching online. She wasted my time asking me to come to their office knowing I have trouble walking when she could have passed on the information over the phone. Please don’t go to see her if you want to feel better.

I had the good fortune of being introduced to Fatima Verdingola and Tim Kucera by the RTBU. Both were impressive. Fatima took care of my case, keeping me informed and providing advice and counsel, enabling me to settle as quickly as possible and keeping stress to a minimum. Fees were fair and reasonable. I have no hesitation recommending Fatima or Tim. I felt very comfortable with both of them.

My wife Lynda and I thank you for all the help and guidance during my claim.We could not have asked for a better Lawyer or company. We certainly would have no hesitation in recommending your company.

Couldn't have said anything more than what the other 1 star reviewer said-exactly the same review. Fatima is a rude, insensitive person who treats you like she is a horrible school head mistress. Talks over you, tells you to 'LET ME FINISH' and could of said all of this over the phone. Would not recommend this company based on her customer service. RUDE Person.
