Worst quality ever - draw runners faulty 3 times, plastic black feet poor quality and easily break. Support bars flimsy and easily broken providing no support at all. Kathy Xing took a customised order on June 2 2017 and happily took my cash in hand, then said it would be ready for collection in 8 weeks. When I contacted in August, I was told the order had not even made due to pollution in china - apparently China shuts companies down and they are not allowed to manufacture until the pollution clears or improves - that's what she told me anyway - wonder if she was getting her other regular stock ? Emailed Kathy on 7 August and her electronic response back was that the order would be ready in ANOTHER 3 to 4 weeks. Contacted again 30 August still not ready told another 3 or 4 weeks. Rang September 15 told item would be available in about 2.5 weeks. Went back today 2/10 and still not ready could not answer when it would be - DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRUCMSTANCES BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS. BUYERS BE WARNED BUY AT OWN RISK!!! Please be aware that Shine Living is not registered to them and I am the legal owner of the business name Shine Living.
