Very appalling customer service. Went there with the hopes of buying a nice watch which was advertised for a good price, but the lady serving said it was a "human error" and it was worth more than stated. As per NORMAL retail stores, you sell your product for the price that's listed, unless otherwise stated around the store about the advertised error. Knowing this error, the lady downright refused to sell us this watch to the price mentioned on the stand and was disgustingly rude about it. She could see our discomfort with the service being delivered yet we receive no apology nor an alternative offer. Doesn't even deserve one star.

Not happy with this place very rude service I originally bought a diamond ring from shiels a couple of years ago the first time I got the ring I noticed a mark in the diamond I took it back a week later then I was told this was an inclusion after that around the inclusion area my clause broke I put this in for repair and once again asked them to check the diamond they have then come back to me and said it is a crack they fixed the clause but it has broke again after a week I have put it back in each time I have been asked if I am a VIP customer and because I am not I have been treated so differently and rudely not once at anytime have I been asked if I would want my diamond replaced or any other compensation they can also not find me in there system I am really disappointed as buying a diamond ring or any other jewelry should be a joyous experience Buyers beware they do not guarantee workmanship on repairs
