Short walk through the nature reserve to the lookout over the Murrumbidgee River. There's a surprising amount of wildlife here, if you take the time to look, and a very good view.

People (legitimately) walk dogs off leash here. Apparently this means it's also ok to let their huge snarling beast gallop ahead to check out strange people, who just have to hope the owners turn up before it rips their throat out. Please be considerate, especially if you own a *large* dog.
