Due to unforeseen circumstances we couldn’t get to the car before city west car park closed for the weekend. Then on Saturday we needed to get to Sydney for a family emergency and were happy to pay the call-out fee described on their website. Unable to get through to the contact number given for the car park, a cleaner was happy to contact the owner for us. We were told we had to wait until Monday to access our car despite what was said about after-hours access on the website. Very unhappy about this experience.

The staff are so unprofessional and Rude, I have asked a manager to call me back 4 emails sent for a week and still no reply

Lost my ticket and they charged $100 for letting me out. I can understand an administrative charge but this was pure extortion and disproportionate to a relatively minor error on my part.

It is affordable on the rooftop but it takes ages to wind your way up with pretty tight ramps. There are also times you need to be in before. I don't rely on this as a parking option.
