Paris you do a good job and you are helpful. As far as the rest of you we don't like being treated like idiots. You may think that you know it all but you are just a bunch of know alls. You make promises that you don't keep. Hey still waiting on the call back. You talk the talk but you don't follow through. I would never recommend that anyone take a car to your dealership. Between my husband and myself we have over 70 years driving experience and we do not appreciate the way we were spoken to or treated. Your mechanic kept trying to explain that Fords actually have this issue with the brakes. Well listen you genius I drive a Hyundai not a FORD maybe that's the whole issue you cant tell the difference. And if a brand new car has the issue of the brakes vibrating coming down the mountain then you should fix it. The car is 2014 model I have owned it from new purchased in 2015. so yes I now know that you lose a whole year of warranty when you purchase the following year even though it was never driven. would have been great if someone explained that to me. and also how about HYUNDAI calling me back. Well that's a no show also. Careful who you deal with as this bunch don't play fair or honest. OK so lets blame HYUNDAI or another dealership but as far as I am concerned I don't really care the car is HYUNDAI and you are all responsible. Be careful people. Guess what this review stays.......

Well where do I start.. firstly Paris you are polite and do your job well. Your customer service is good. Now for the reality check for the rest of you. Your service department does not provide service. Your mechanics are rude and condersending to customers. If you think you can speak to clients like they have no understanding of how a car works. Well we do you ignoramus. We dont appreciate being treated like idiots. We also dont like being lied to. Still waiting on call back from you guys and Hyundai head office. Make all promises and keep none. I would not recommend anyone to buy Hyundai. I would not recommend anyone to get a service from your dealership. I have seen and witnessed your workmanship. Like the newish Hyundai that came in not blowing smoke but left blowing massive smoke trail. You r not professionals and we cannot believe any more of your lies. End of rant and last time you will ever see us.

My first experience of having my car services at S'harbour City Motors could not be faulted.
Staff were friendly and courteous, helpful and competent.
The car was serviced cleaned and ready to my satisfaction.
I will definitely go there for my next service!!

Everything was expertly done and very friendly, would recommend Shellharbour City Motors to all and sundry. They looked after me really ,really well nothing was a problem, Thanks Tommy ur the best!.

Quick service by the sales people although not always the cheapest price. Can get better deals from similar dealers in Sydney.
