Amazing service! I was desperately searching for a size 8 in one of their dresses and had called every shieke store near me, they either didn’t answer the phone or when I asked just said they didn’t have it and hung up. After calling the Doncaster store the girl on the other end not only checked her store but checked the stock level in Victoria. She organised to have the dress sent to the doncaster store in time for my event. She also continued to contact me to ensure I knew the dress was on its way. When I went to pick the dress up her customer service was just as good in person! So thankful for her help, worth the hour drive to get the perfect dress! Thanks again!
