Store closes at 5:30pm however I was in there for an exchange at 5:10pm. I just needed to try on the other size and would have exchanged very quickly however as she was already closing the till it would be too inconvenient. I couldn’t even buy one now to later exchange with the excuse being, we close the till first and then close the doors. So if a customer was to come in before closing they could not purchase? Thought I would give this store another go after a previous bad customer experience however will never be going back
Such a shame for the business owner! The manager was very rude and racist. My friend couldn't speak English very well and she start laughing at her! I asked her name but she didn't give me any details , the girl with orange hair I called the security and when he came she started crying and she said sorry. Such a shame!
Possibly the most unfriendly place I’ve been to. The staff provide the worst customer service, no help at all and seem like they can’t be bothered! Lazy service. Would not recommend shopping here
Absolutely appalled at the customer service!! Didn't bother to search for my credit note as I didn't have it with me at the time; then refused to hold the item for me so I could come back the next day and purchase. "Someone else might want to buy it"!! Both ladies stood there smirking at me as if to say "bad luck" I will only be going back there to have a refund issued on my credit note. Should really consider training your staff in customer service and store etiquette. Coming from someone with 15 years in the Fashion Retail & Customer Service industry.
Spent over $200 in store and wanted to purchase another dress as I was leaving but because they were closing in 10 minutes I was kicked out quite rudely taking the dress out of my hands and told I couldn't buy it and to come back tomorrow I'm not even local but even if I was it would still be rude ?? There were still other people browsing and they couldn't spend 1 more minute putting another clothing item through. Won't be purchasing from here again.
The worker hides from the customers very sussy among us style. Overall positive experience
Great variety of clothes however, no good size range especially when I asked, the lady didn’t bother looking out the back for sizes however helped another customer with sizes. The customer service was very poor as the one lady who worked there was short and blunt with her answers. When I was trying clothes on the lady was peeking through the curtain also. Overall, horrible experience and very poor customer service.
The clothes are beautiful and really good quality , for the most part they are limited on sized but if you’re lucky you can find up to a size 14. I love all the clothes but the customer service is soooo bad. I walked in and no one greeted me, no one asked if I needed help and when I went to try something on i had more than 5 so she was so blunt with me and stared at me until I gave her the items that I wanted her to hold onto and then I go out to get them and they’re gone because she put them back. Love this shop but these staff need to be trained so much better
Horrible customer service!!! Staffs were unbelievably rude and unhelpful. Would have given 0 stars if that was an option
