The most terrible service that I've ever experienced. The staff including the manager are extremely rude... tried to exchange my sons jacket for a bigger size which he had received for a present, didn't want any money just a size change. Had a gift receipt but they couldn't help me because it was 30 days after purchase, I told them very nicely that my son was away on holidays but they didn't care. They quickly pointed out that on the back of the receipt in tiny writing this was stated. The manager couldn't even speak she continually shook her head at us.. Very, very rude will never shop at this store again 😡

Worst shopping experience ever at Zara. A staff was service two customers in front of me, have me waiting for 10 minutes. Then finally called someone to help, but not for me, another staff to help the customers she was servicing

This must be the worst service I have received in a store. They labelled the skirt incorrectly and when I tried to change the size they told me I would need to pay the extra price no one informed that this would happen even though I rang and explained on the phone earlier to put the item on hold to exchange. The staff were very unhelpful and refused to exchange unless I paid the extra even though they incorrectly priced the item originally. I would never have paid the original price for the skirt if I had known it was this expensive. Needless to say I left with the original skirt and a wasted trip. Very unprofessional, they need to train their staff.
