I'm a regular shopper at your Greensborough store (staff there are always brilliant). Visited your Doncaster store today and was appalled by the customer 'service'. Girl serving loudly chewing gum in my face, didn't know the product at all, didn't help me in the change room. Took me forty minutes darting back and forth from change rooms trying to find the jeans I wanted with NO help from the two staff members that were there. When I finally found the ones I wanted to purchase the jeans I went to purchase had a pull in them. Went to get another pair that were covered in white scuff marks, so I was back to square one. They had limited sizes in all the jeans I wanted to buy. Change rooms were DISGUSTING with piles of dust in the corners looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in months. I was so fed up I walked out without purchasing anything. The girl could not of cared less, I was visibly frustrated trying to get served and no one helped. Will never return! The worst shopping and customer service experience I've ever had.
