While some staff were awesome and so helpful , the male shop manager I felt blatantly ripped me off and ruined my Boxing Day sale experience . After taking much time to find some items for my Girl friend , some had sale tags on them but for some reason when I took my items to the register the manager refused to put them through at the price marked on the sale tickets and instead scanned them all at full retail less 25% ..... when I questioned this and mentioned that isn’t right and I should be charged the lowest ticketed price the manager picked the sale tickets off through the items back on the counter and told me “ bad luck “ .... poor form Osmosis poor form .

Lots of cool gear, way too expensive though. $100 for swimmers that would only cost $3 to make and ship here. I like the shop though, really cool.

Worst customer service. Breathing down my neck to the point of making me fell like a criminal. Wanted to see the sunglasses. The Lady was unhappy because I was taking long to buy expensive sunglasses.
