Rang the Doncaster store as i needed a larger size in a jacket that I couldn't get at my local store for my husband and spoke to a young lady by the name of Narita I hope I got her name right it was on Saturday the 12th of June. I hope they work out who the young lady was as she deserves praise for the amazing customer service she provided me. Nothing was too much trouble for her she checked her stock and gave me options to transfer the stock to my local store. Great customer service thank you and it was a pleasure to deal with this lovely young lady. Keep up the good work.
I was in desperate need of a wardrobe overhaul after losing significant weight and belt size throughout the lockdown. Bianca was simply incredible, giving me a whiteglove make over and making sure I was ready for any possible future social occasion, and even providing advice on what to find in other stores to complete my style. I will be returning soon, and advise anyone else who wants to level up their life to visit post haste.
i'm sure boxing day sales are a pain in the butt for even the most seasoned retail worker, but Bianca gets a special mention for clearly being great at what she does and very helpful during such a busy time - thanks again
As someone who hates clothes shopping I generally go once a year, I stopped in here for a quick browse. The genuine offer of assistance here was very much welcomed. He listened to the styles I do/don't like and didn't try to push me into buying for his sake instead of mine. Spent and bought enough here to satisfy my yearly quota. Will happily visit again next year.
Nice place. Was lucky enough to get in while they had a sale. 3 nice shirts for $60. The "large" was like a proper, spacious large as well. Unlike some stores recently, where I've magically jumped from being Medium-Large to 2XL within the last 3 years - without gaining weight :/ EXPLAIN THAT TO ME, MYER?!

My experience on 14th July 2018 at 3 p.m. @ Tarocash Westfield Doncaster was horrible. So I picked a jacket for my husband which I liked for him while he trying on something else inside. One of the jacket was marked on sale for $49.99 Which was size small. So to be sure that all sizes are $49.99 we called a sales person over there and asked her. She confirmed that all sizes are $49.99, so after trying on my husband went for billing but I called him back to see one more jacket I liked. Meanwhile I was showing him this jacket the other blonde curly hair girlwho was at the billing initially walks up near the jacket we had seen earlier and pulled off the price tag from it and discarded it I literally saw her doing that and told my husband . Then we decided on getting the jacket which was 49.99 but now when we go there she tells us its $119.99 so we told her it was marked $49.99 and the other sales girl even confirmed that. Then she was like" show me where is it marked ?" I said " I saw you removing the tag and throwing it" but she kept arguing and didn't apologize at all and kept trying to prove us wrong. The other sales girl with whom we confirmed the price also said " there was a $49.99 tag on that jacket" so the blonde girl started asking her also " show me the tag , show me the tag?". My problem was , if it was there mistake of marking the price she should have simply said "sorry its $119.99 and not $49.99 and I apologize for that but its not sale" that's it matter over. Why the HELL she is trying to prove that we are fools . I am going to make sure every person I know , knows about the way you treat your customers.. Disgusting
I had a terrible time at this tarocash! I asked one of the two staff members a question, and she responded in a annoyed, bothered tone and barely answered my question— additionally, the other one stared and giggled at me at one point. it feels terrible to have been demeaned and treated like a pest. I get that retail can be hard and demanding, but I don’t think it’s fair to put someone else down. really disappointed
Been to this store on multiple occasions. Bianca is very helpful for people like me with no sense of style and such. Very inviting. Thanks!
Online return process is terrible through the store. Will think twice before buying anything again.
