I'd like to say a big thanks to the gentlemen at the Shaver Shop at the Myer Centre. I had misplaced the charger for my Pitbull. I went there looking to purchase another charger but they are not sold separately. The gents spent some time looking through their existing stock and spares, found one for me and gave it to me at no charge. I was happy to pay. Great service and the goodwill will be returned many times over. Thanks again.

Joss was an incredible help, extremely knowledgeable and set me up with a great electric razor at a fantastic price. Definitely go see him if you want great customer service and someone that is genuinely interested in getting you the right equipment for the best price.
Came in today just to grab a cord for my travel set of clippers as I'd left it back home. The beautiful young lady was so helpful, I ended up walking out with a $200 set of new travel clippers. Not because she was trying to sell me something I didn't need she was just trying to find me a free cord! but because the service was so genuine and knowledgeable that I figured while there I'll get someone who knows their stuff and is genuinely helpful to assist me in an upgrade. Wish I'd gotten her name for a shout out, it was around 2pm today. This is the kind of service that will keep me coming back, to this store specifically. Whether for myself or gifts. Aha! Just got home and found my receipt : thanks Cassandra!
Did not give a replacement for a product that only worked for 4 months.
Really great service today. I had a Pitbull Skullshaver Pro where the battery indicator had stopped working which was quite annoying. They replaced it on the spot! Thank you very much!
Great service, called to sort out a delivery problem and although it was only a small order it was rectified immediately and I was notified of progress. Not often that you get this kind of customer service anymore. Your staff member, Paris, just made the business keep a customer rather than lose one. Thank you.
