On 22/12/22 around 4.30pm. One of the staff was so rude. I asked her a simple question and she made a big scene out of it. Maybe there was a misunderstanding but  the way she dealt with it was absolutely unprofessional and rude. She just left me there without resolving the problem and other staff apologised to me. Definitely need an improvement on customer service training. I still made my purchase there but regretted straight away. I wouldn't spend my money on such a bad experience in that same shop again next time.

Claire, Sha, and Nicole had absolutely amazing knowledge and kept a smile on their faces the whole time I was there assisting me and providing amazing comfort for my shop and suggesting the best products for the best outcome  and putting up with my dad jokes

I bought Hand cream name of ‘Roses et Reines’. When I'm worrying about what to buy, the staff kindly recommended and explained the product. At the end, they amused me with their witty jokes and took care of several samples, even though I only bought one.

I was looking for a gift for a friend that's not too close but not too distant either and I was served by Claire who could immediately give me some tips on what would be the ideal present to get. Her service felt genuine and it was definitely a pleasure to have spoken with her. I will be back in the future!

Staff are very friendly and helpful, can try any and all products in store, they always have packages offering good value, and always stocked with the usual favourite items,  conveniently located in the mall

As a first time customer, I was really impressed by the friendliness and professionalism by the staff. They were more than happy to assist me in buying a gift to suit my friends tastes and gift wrapped it beautifully. I also was given a few free samples to try as well.

Customer service is lovely and above standard, They listen and they dont make you feel rushed.  Products themselves were no good for me, I dont think the staff knew the products for dry skin as I was given a foam cleanser *Not good for dry skin* But looking on the website you have 'milk/gel or oil' which are probably better and the moisturiser doesnt help my dry skin feels like it sits on my face and if i put too much on *not very hard to do* it piles.

Love all the varying fragrant smells coming from this shop. Some extremely well designed niche scents available from this house including Eau de Baux, Ambre & Santal and Cherry Blossom. These make great gifts for loved ones
