My first time at this branch in Queen St The staff here is amazing, very helpful and friendly, she explains the products very well. I love W Cosmetic it’s where I buy my cushion foundations, Dr G products, and other Korean cosmetics and Japanese cleansers. Highly recommended

I love going to this store as the selection is amazing, but recently I found some members of staff to be Extremely rude! Some are nice but some have a level of rudeness I rarely experienced… I am always happy to go to this store but I often leave with mixed feelings, so I try to avoid going there now. It’s unfortunate because I love the products

The staff said I can't buy $9.90 product with a card unless I purchase 2 of them to make over $10.
