Best hairdressing experience have ever had, from the moment you walk in the doors I felt an instant calmness. The decor is 5 stars, the service is 5 stars and the results are 5 stars, in fact they deserve 10!  Its been years since I've felt so happy and satisfied walking out of the salon, I felt and looked a million dollars. It's taken me many years to find a replacement salon since moving up from Sydney city, and now I have it, my haven of beauty and luxury, I can't wait to return and try out the beauty salon treatments next.

I've gotten waxed here twice, both times I received fantastic service, the girls are lovely and chatty and my wax was brilliant. Loves it so much I came back to get my hair cut and was in love with the result! Very affordable considering the top notch service, and on top of it all the place is super luxe and in the middle of the city!

An absolutely stunning lounge. Wonderful staff. I had an eyebrow wax and tint and style cut. Everything was fantastic with one exception, the products used on my eyebrows for aftercare caused a massive break out. Though I do love my brows! Would recommend to absolutely everyone.

Went here due to the good reviews I read. Did a deep cleansing here last week. Procedure itself went off fine but found the therapist to have a bad attitude and had a very cold unfriendly demeanor like the procedure was a real bother to her. Possibly she had an off/bad day or I was last customer and she just wanted to go home although I don't find either excuse good enough to be rude to customers. Hopefully it's a rare once off for this otherwise we'll reviewed place

The 1 star is for the delightful  young lady who provided the manicure, you lost the other 4 stars because of the exorbitant price.  $98 for a very basic manicure & pedicure. A very large RIP OFF. Don't expect repeat business.  UPDATE:  To the owner: As a business, I suggest you do your fact checking about my treatment before making your reply to my feedback. Your response is highly inaccurate. In order to avoid disappointment in the future, my recommendation is to avoid your business all together.

Honestly one of the best hair salons. Brogan cut and styled my hair leaving me feeling amazing!! The fitout is really relaxing and the products they use are quality. Highly recommend.

Edit: I can’t give them 0 stars, silly google, my roots have only gotten more orange, my hair is blonde and when I went in to see if they could fix it two ladies argued with me, and told me if I wanted anything done I’d need to book in again which is fair enough but pay again also which no. I paid for a service that has only made me hate my hair more!  After discussing that the reason I got foils was to not hate my regrowth but that I still do anyway so I just want it fully done the one colour and will just get it redyed more, my roots weren’t made the same colour as the rest of my head, because it was the lightest you can do without bleach, but I thought we were using bleach as i made a comment about how it’s cool that we figured out how to use bleach on hair but also like toilets and stuff. I don’t know a whole lot about hair and I can’t see like at all without my glasses on so I usually trust the hairdresser to do what I ask or tell me before if we can’t so we can talk about it. Why can’t I find a hair salon in Brisbane I like?

Visiting my gf, I wanted to make sure the hair I had was taken care of. Coming to this place was heaven -- the minute I was there I knew this would be quite the experience. It's been a few months and where I had my procedures are still hairless as I wanted them. Not only are the people here professional, they act like people, and I think that's important. Come here! This place is amazing.

Fabulous service, gorgeous staff and luxurious surrounds.. Highly recommended for groups or individuals! My sister and I took mum for a pedicure and make up and we were well and truly spoilt! Thank you :
