Utterly poor and unacceptable customer service. Walked into the shop to buy a razor and I was ignored not acknowledge at all. 2 staff members a male & female stood behind the counter just chatting. I was the only one in the shop. Another customer walked in, they ignored him initially till he asked for help. I eventually got served after the other customer by the male staff member called John. I bought the Braun series 9 Pro but if there was another shaver shop nearby i would have walked out. It seems terrible customer service is their MO by reading other reviews.

These guys are amazing. Super helpful staff, helped me out with a weird charger I had, found the right charger and gave me a discount. Thanks for excellent customer service.

2 customers stood outside for longer than 30 mins, pretty poor service.  The staff member actually walked past looking at us after 40 mins, went and got himself a drink and came 10 minutes later. Never seen anything like it.

I was given excellent customer service by Kieron, His product knowledge and friendly approach assured me I had made the right choice to by from a "bricks and Mortar" store rather than online. Plus, I got just the clipper I needed and was a home using it within an hour. I highly recommend Shaver Shop, Cairns Central and their staff.  Buy Local and you wont be let down by this little team. Terrible customer service. Walked into the store to look for a beard trimmer. Browsed at different models for around 3-5 minutes without even been acknowledged let alone asked if i needed some help. I was the only one in the shop, young man behind the counter couldn't have cared less.

I just purchased a new shaver from this store. The salesperson Merinda B was very pleasant to deal with, she knows the products, was bright and enthusiastic, and was willing to spend the time to talk to me. My past experiences with other staff did not leave me feeling as good about shopping there.

Store managed and sales team were great help. Always a smiley face and a welcoming nature. Would recommend this store to anyone. Product knowledge and great shop layout

Like previous reviews,  young man with long hair more interested in taking his break then helping my husband choose his first electric razor. We asked twice for help, we walked out

Went in the try out the theragun mini. Want to buy one but needed to see it running beforehand. The gun was dead, no offer to charge it for me to try. Went in again two days later and it’s still dead. Staff could care less. Like they don’t want to sell it.

Great service. My Braun shaver lost battery power unexpectedly while visiting from Sydney for 2 days so charge cable at home so I popped in for some troubleshooting and much needed charge late yesterday. All sorted in 10 minutes. Well done highly recommended.
