Assistant manager refused to do a return on a product after 3 months. Kept changing the stores policy. Then when I showed her the policy on the website she said it was only for anaconda products. Absolutely refused to help at all. We're literally driving to Mackay to do the refund.
Had the assistant manager refuse to do a refund or an exchange on an item and tell me that the policy on the company website is wrong, and Australian consumer rights dont apply to American products. Asked to speak to the manager the assistant manager absolutely refused and refused to give her name. Called head office they are investigating.
Sat 16th Aug 2025: The person at the check out with the Lord Of the Rings tattoos was so cool, super helpful and super friendly. They really made my day. I had a great chat to them and I honestly felt like I was talking to a mate. Apologies I can't remember their name [my memory with names is a shocker] but they were awesome! Please make sure they get this message because I believe that people should know the difference they can make to another persons day just by being themselves. I did tell them they were awesome but I'd love them to see this too. Looking forward to to seeing the updated tattoos in the future too :D [I was the chick that got the blue Camelbak drink bottle..]
Had the BEST customer service from Kerry in the Rockhampton store. Kerry went above and beyond to help us out, show us products with comparisons for all of our needs with headlamps, knives, PLBs plus more!!!!!
Dad and I came in today as dad was looking for a fridge freezer for camping young fella Zavier was very helpful and friendly we asked questions and he answered everything we asked even assisted us to the car with the fridge freezer cheers mate
